There is lots of sweat and hard work goes into building the success. Developing character is very important in ensuring success. Without a strong character, you may achieve the success but will be hard to maintain it. Failure is the mother of success! Making your mark on the world is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it's not. It takes patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way.
